eBowl.biz is committed to protect your privacy, and the privacy of your customers. All information gathered is for the exclusive use of the center providing it. Personal information provided by the center or its' customers will only be shared with those directly involved in the design, production, and delivery of your e-newsletter. Confidentiality agreements will be in place with all parties involved. Flyers that you provide to us may be displayed in our online library, as these are public documents.
Because we are concerned about the privacy of those we email to, and to stay in compliance with federal anti-spam laws, we will:
- not provide your email list to a 3rd party without your approval
- not send email to your list without your approval
- allow you to proof each e-newsletter before we send it
- include an "unsubscribe" link in every e-newsletter to allow the customer to be dropped from future mailings
- protect the rights of children, by requiring customers to be at least 13 years or older to receive an e-newsletter
- not gather email addresses for you - gathering the names and email addresses of your customers is up to you. We do the rest!
