Our SILVER service includes everything in the Base
program:
- Input and maintenance of a database of names provided by the bowling center
- Design and formatting of a monthly e-newsletter
- Delivery of one e-newsletter a month to each person in your casual customer database
- Up to six flyers can be attached to each email so the customer can see (and print) your offers, specials, and coupons
- Bi-monthly tracking reports
- A "bowling trivia" link will be included in each e-newsletter
- A "celebrity bowling" link will be included when news is available
PLUS -
- A birthday greeting - your opportunity to remind them about celebrating their special day at your place. With your party offerings popping right out of the email!
The SILVER program will allow you to put your party packages in front of your customers - at a time when they are planning a birthday party! The customer can print out your flyers, or email you with questions, and you will receive tracking reports so that you will know how many people opened the e-newsletter, and how many opened the party flyers.
