Reputation Management Tips

If you have not yet claimed your pages, we highly suggest that you go to each of the following sites and claim your page:

There is no cost to claim your page – and you do not have to sign up for the services they want to sell you.  By claiming your page it allows you to reply directly to the comments or reviews that are made about your business. We have found that the vast majority of these reviews are positive, but it is still important to know what your customers are saying – and more importantly – what they are saying in public.

Claiming your page also allows you to add your logo, photos, hours of operation, etc.

 

How to respond to reviews – use your own version of these suggestions:

4 & 5 star reviews:  a simple thank you is fine or even a ‘thumbs up’ graphic. Personalizing it with their name is even better!
3 star review:  Thank you for the review (insert customer name).  Our goal is to earn 4 & 5 star reviews from all of our guests. We hope that we will have the opportunity to earn a higher rating from you next time!
1 & 2 star reviews:  a) either apologize for their experience and let them know you will be working to make sure that it doesn’t happen again, or b) say you are sorry that their experience did not live up to our standards.
